Windsor/Essex County September 2007 Sales Stats

It is always helpful to know exactly what is going on in the market.  It is difficult for most average home owners to properly assess their own homes value and what price the market could bear.  I have included the most recent available data for Windsor and Essex county concerning how many homes in each style are on the market, how many have sold, the average list to sale price and the average number of days each stlye is taking to sell.

If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to call.  Although this does give you an excellent market overview each area of the county is different and prices will vary depending on each style in certain areas.  For example, a 2 storey home in Essex county is taking an average of 81 days to sell, is selling at an average of 94% list to sale price and an average price of $254,700.

I may be reached at trista@prudentialselect.ca or at 519.972.5505 to provide you with a complete analysis of your homes value.
