Selling your home is an involved process that affects your family and your future. Before you begin this process, you'll want to ensure that you have the most up-to-date information. When should you sell? How do you get the best price? What kinds of renovations should be made prior to the sale? What kind of Realtor do you want to represent you?
From the time I started in this business I made it my goal to be the best Realtor my clients have ever used. I have proven my expertise in areas such as waterfront properties, relocation, new construction sales and earned my Fine Homes Specialist Certification in 2005. To qualify for this a realtor must be active in and have a proven sales record with properties in the Top 10% of the market. Only 8% of Prudentials total 64,000 sales associates in North America have qualified for this designation. I am very proud to be in that 8%. Whether your home is in the exclusive 10% range or not, having a realtor that knows how to sell prestigious homes will help you. I apply all of my sales skills and negotiating techniques equally with all of my clients. I use the same advanced marketing plans and believe firmly that to be the best Realtor my clients have ever had I need to listen to individual needs and surpass all expectations.
The philosophy is working - thanks to my clients I am meeting both their goals and my own - I was awarded the Technology Award and became a member of the Honors Society. This would not be possible without the success of my clients - providing the services they require and consistantly keeping up with market trends and the latest marketing techniques allows us both to excel in this ever changing market. Making the move to RE/MAX Preferred Realty in 2007 solidified the best possible network for both my sellers, buyers and myself. Outselling the competition, on average, 3 to 1 is very powerful for sellers and buyers in this market. Not only do we ensure your home is marketed to the fullest extent but because we also have double the listings of the nearest competitior you receive the newest listings 3 to 4 days before they ever hit the MLS. When you are looking for your perfect home this is priceless.
When you love your career it shows and, best of all, it is my clients that are successful!
These home selling reports will assist you in answering the many questions that arise during the home selling process. When you're armed with the right information, and an experienced real estate professional, you'll be closer to reaching your goal - selling your home fast, and for the best price.
