I believe Windsor and Essex county is one of the best places to live in Canada - I have been here for 12 years now.  Previously I have lived in Barrie Ontario, Midland Ontario, Kitchener Ontario and Winnipeg Manitoba.  Nothing beats the weather here or the people.  I feel now is a great time to get in to our market as pricing is extremely competitive, rates are excellent and our dollar is strong.  Other than parts of the east coast you can not buy waterfront at these prices -nevermind the investment properties!
